1. Grab a front edge of a chair with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Slide your buttocks forward until it`s just off the chair. Your feet should be in front of your knees and arms fully extended.
  2. Start to inhale and bend your elbows, pointing them directly behind you, until they are at 90-degree angle.
  3. Push your heels into the floor and slowly straighten your arms.
  4. Contract your abs and extend the left arm in front of your chest while lifting the right leg up.
  5. Perform a triceps dip again, followed by the right arm extension.
  6. Continue alternating sides.
