- Grab a front edge of a chair with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Slide your buttocks forward until it`s just off the chair. Your feet should be in front of your knees and arms fully extended.
- Start to inhale and bend your elbows, pointing them directly behind you, until they are at 90-degree angle.
- Push your heels into the floor and slowly straighten your arms.
- Contract your abs and extend the left arm in front of your chest while lifting the right leg up.
- Perform a triceps dip again, followed by the right arm extension.
- Continue alternating sides.
