1. Lie on the stability ball with feet shoulder-width apart and braced against a wall for a better stability. Place your hands behind the head with elbows up.
  2. On the inhale lean over the ball, keeping your legs straight.
  3. As you exhale, contract your core and raise your torso off the ball, extending your spine until your body forms a straight line. Avoid overextending. Squeeze the glutes on the top position and hold.
  4. Slowly inhale and lower yourself to the starting position.
