1. Lie facedown on a stability ball, with hands on the floor.
  2. Walk your hands forward, rolling the ball beneath your body until it`s under your shins. Engage your core and place your hands directly below the shoulders. Take a breath in.
  3. Keeping your back and legs straight, exhale and bend at your hips, drawing your knees toward the chest. You should really contract your core muscles and pull the tummy in.
  4. Hold, then slowly return to the push-up position as you inhale.
