1. Lie facedown on a stability ball, with hands on the floor directly below your shoulders. Walk your hands forward, rolling the ball beneath your body until it`s under your thighs. When you get better balance, move it down to your knee level, then ankles. Make sure to keep your back straight and core tight.
  2. Bend your elbows and lower your chest until your upper arms are parallel to the floor as you inhale.
  3. Start to exhale and press your upper body back up, squeezing your chest muscles.
