1. Stand in a good posture with your feet together and hands if front of your chest.
  2. Take a breath in and, pushing your hips back, jump into a deep squat and touch the floor with your right hand. Remember to keep your back straight and knees behind the toes.
  3. Jump your feet back together and straighten up as you exhale.
  4. Then immediately jump into another squat, this time bringing your left palm to the floor. Inhale while you squat down.
