- Stand in a good posture with your feet together and hands if front of your chest.
- Take a breath in and, pushing your hips back, jump into a deep squat and touch the floor with your right hand. Remember to keep your back straight and knees behind the toes.
- Jump your feet back together and straighten up as you exhale.
- Then immediately jump into another squat, this time bringing your left palm to the floor. Inhale while you squat down.

Maria is a personal trainer, wellness coach, and Yoga instructor. She was diagnosed with inattentive ADHD at the age of 30.
