1. Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and hands in front of your chest.
  2. As you inhale, push your hips back and lower into a squat until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Remember to keep your back flat and not to let knees pass over your toes.
  3. Begin to exhale and as you pressing yourself up switch your weight to the left leg and kick the right foot out to the side.
  4. Return to a squat and repeat with the left foot. Exhale each time you kick.
