- Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and hands in front of your chest.
- As you inhale, push your hips back and lower into a squat until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Remember to keep your back flat and not to let knees pass over your toes.
- Begin to exhale and as you pressing yourself up switch your weight to the left leg and kick the right foot out to the side.
- Return to a squat and repeat with the left foot. Exhale each time you kick.

Maria is a personal trainer, wellness coach, and Yoga instructor. She was diagnosed with inattentive ADHD at the age of 30.
