- Use a chair to support your upper body. Place your right hand and right knee on the chair. Your back should be straight and torso parallel to the floor.
- Grab a dumbbell from the floor with your left hand.
- As you exhale, activate the core and start to retract the left shoulder blade, pulling the elbow up and back.
- Hold and slowly return to the starting position as you inhale.
- Finish all the repetitions on the left arm, then switch sides.

Maria is a personal trainer, wellness coach, and Yoga instructor. She was diagnosed with inattentive ADHD at the age of 30.
