1. Stand with your feet wide apart and facing forward. Extend your arms to the sides, palms face down.
  2. Bend your left knee trying to sit as low as you can. Make sure the knee doesn’t go over your toes. If it does step a little further. You can place both of your hands on your knee or drop one down.
  3. Take five slow breaths, then return to the standing position and switch sides.
