1. Sit on the floor, holding a dumbbell in front of your chest with both hands and knees bent at 90-degree angle.
  2. Lean back and lift your feet off the ground.
  3. On the exhale twist your torso to the right, bringing the dumbbell as far right as you can.
  4. Then rotate to the left side.

Try to exhale every time you bring the weight to the side. You can also perform this exercise without using a dumbbell.
