- Sit on the floor, holding a dumbbell in front of your chest with both hands and knees bent at 90-degree angle.
- Lean back and lift your feet off the ground.
- On the exhale twist your torso to the right, bringing the dumbbell as far right as you can.
- Then rotate to the left side.
Try to exhale every time you bring the weight to the side. You can also perform this exercise without using a dumbbell.
