- Stand in a good posture with your feet hip-width apart.
- Then take a giant step back with your left foot and lower into a deep lunge, placing your hands on both sides of the right ankle. Keep your back flat and front knee behind the toes. Take a breath in.
- As you exhale, press through your right foot and swing the left knee toward the chest, hopping off the ground.
- Then return to the lunge.

Maria is a personal trainer, wellness coach, and Yoga instructor. She was diagnosed with inattentive ADHD at the age of 30.
