1. Assume a position on hands and knees, with knees below the hips and hands below the shoulders.
  2. Begin to exhale and lift your right leg up until  thigh is parallel to the floor, while keeping the spine in neutral and right knee at 90-degree angle.
  3. Lower the leg back as you inhale. Finish all the reps before switching the sides.

To increase the intensity you can use ankle weights.
