1. Assume a plank position with your hands slightly wider than your shoulders and your back perfectly straight.
  2. Start to inhale and lower yourself down until your chest almost touches the floor.
  3. Keeping your core tight, exhale and press your body back up.

Tip: make this move easier by doing it with your knees on the floor or with hands elevated on a high surface.
