1. Assume a plank position with your hands under the shoulders. Keep your back straight and abs tight.
  2. As you breathe out jump both of your feet to the right side.
  3. Thrust your legs back into a plank position, while taking a breath in. Land softly on your toes.
  4. Exhale and jump your feet to the left. Continue alternating sides.

Maria is a personal trainer, wellness coach, and Yoga instructor. She was diagnosed with inattentive ADHD at the age of 30.
