1. Stand straight with your feet together.
  2. As you exhale, lift the right knee high, twisting your torso to the right toward the knee.
  3. Lower the knee down and immediately go into a reverse lunge, extending your left foot back and leaning your torso forward until you are able to touch the front ankle with your left palm. Make sure your back stays perfectly straight during the lunge.
  4. Then press through your right heel and return to standing.
