1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Start to inhale and lower into a squat position, keeping your back flat and knees over the ankles.
  3. Jump up explosively as you fully exhale.
  4. Land softly and immediately squat down and jump up again.

The modification for this exercise is regular squat.
