Honey Walnut Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek nonfat Yogurt (organic is preferred)
- 2 Tbsp Raw Unsalted Walnuts, soaked in water
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Organic Stevia blend (optional)
- 1/3 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, vanilla extract, and stevia sweetener.
- Pour honey over the yogurt, sprinkle with walnuts and serve.
