Granola with Almonds, Pecans, Sunflower seeds and cranberries
Ingredients
- 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Agave nectar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup Crushed almonds
- 1/3 cup Crushed pecans
- 1/3 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup Dried low-sugar cranberries
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut oil (look for extra-virgin, unrefined, cold-pressed oil)
- 1 cup Non-fat milk for serving
- 1/3 cup Fresh berries for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl combine the remaining oil, honey, agave, and salt. Add oats, nuts, and seeds and mix well.
- Spread evenly in the baking pan and bake for 20 min, stirring 1 or 2 times. Remove the pan from the oven and stir in cranberries. Bake for an additional 15 min, until golden-brown.
- Serve with non-fat or almond milk, topped with fresh berries.
