1. Grab a dumbbell with both hands and stand with feet wider than hip-width apart.
  2. Push your hips back, knees slightly bent and lower your chest, swinging the dumbbell between your legs.
  3. Keeping your back straight, push your hips forward and bring the dumbbell up to shoulder height. Squeeze your glutes at the top.
  4. Inhale while going down, exhale while going up.

Maria is a personal trainer, wellness coach, and Yoga instructor. She was diagnosed with inattentive ADHD at the age of 30.
