1. Stand with your feet together and hold a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Bend your left knee and lift it up, finding the balance. Start with your chest up, shoulders back and core contracted. Keep your right leg slightly bent.
  3. Slowly bend at the hip and lean forward with your upper body, extending the left leg back. Lower the weight toward the floor, keeping it close to the body. Inhale on the way down. Hold and balance.
  4. As you exhale, contract your glutes and hamstrings and pull the trunk and left leg back up.
