1. Grab two dumbbells and hold them in front of your thighs with elbows slightly bent.
  2. Keeping your back straight and shoulders down, lift both dumbbells forward to about eye level, palms facing down.
  3. Begin to inhale and slowly lower the weights down.
  4. Exhale every time the arms go up. It’s important to keep your core tight and avoid swinging your torso during this exercise.
