Cold Cereal with Banana and Sunflower seeds
Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole grain Cold cereal (look for Organic cereals with less than 5 g sugar per serving)
- 1/2 medium Banana, sliced
- 1 Tbsp raw Sunflower seeds
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond milk
- 1 tsp Organic Stevia blend
Instructions
- Pour almond milk into the cereal bowl. Add stevia sweetener and stir to blend.
- Add sunflower seeds and the sliced banana.
- Enjoy!
