This is not a nutrient-dense food. But it is low in calories and sugar, and can be very helpful if you have a sweet tooth!
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 g) Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (or Plain Greek Yogurt)
 - 1 cup Frozen Fruits
 - 3 Tbsp Organic Stevia Blend
 - 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Coconut flakes
 
Instructions
- Mix yogurt and stevia together until well combined.
 - Line a baking tray with a foil and spread the yogurt over it about 1/2 inch thick.
 - Evenly drizzle the frozen fruits and coconut flakes on the top and place to the freezer for 2 hours.
 - Remove from the freezer for a few minutes, break it into about 10 pieces, enjoy!
