1. Lie supine on the floor with knees slightly bent and arms at your side.
  2. On the exhale flex your hips and bring the knees toward the chest.
  3. Then extend your legs upright, raising your glutes and lower back off the ground.
  4. After a brief pause slowly reverse the movement and come back to the starting position as you inhale.
